We will carry you through the life of many Ra-Ca pups in their show careers. We have made these show pages basic and fun for the novice people, more a crash course in owner handling. Sit back and enjoy, a day in the life of a show puppy!
It all begins with the choice of who to keep.

Socialization is crucial and begins at birth.

Holding, touching, kissing and talking to begins the path of trust.

Some choose to crop, others choose natural ears.

Don't forget crate training, baths, nail trimming, and early leash training.

Practice, practice, practice, but don't expect perfection! Conformation classes are great too!

Our first AKC show was on July 6th 2002 at West Friendship MD. The Judge said Thunder "Can really move! Wait until his head comes up and his shoulders come in line, what a mover!" I have to run to keep up with him :) Shade was nervous, but handled herself well. Alex looked nice in his dress clothes and tie. We were very proud of them!
